Google map never found the address it took me somewhere else multiple times. then I called customer to resend the address she never did I change to waze navigator to finally get there very late. I called her to come for it but she was not happy and want the money back, I offer to pay her back but she wants return in her card. I am ok with that, I apologize to her.

I am a Concierge at a high rise condo building. Is their a option that your delivery personal does not have to deliver to the door where someone lives???

Over the past month or so we have had numerous problems with this. The driver is very rude with me and tonight she was extremely rude and disrespectful to the customer(Tenant) and left her food on my lobby counter and walked out. This is not the first time this has happened. Something should be done here. otherwise you will be losing business.

My last order was a total scrap. I received the wrong food my order was a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast burrito was ok. The second was hack stack benedict pan cakes and bagel m/cram cheese was i not ordered. The driver use my doorbell and he left on the front porch. The owner of the restaurant should check was the send out.

After chatting with DOORDASH agent this morning I assume my problem with DOORDASH APP been Resolved!

I ordered with my APP a Wendy's meal! I had no words to use my "4 pin #! Order went through! Informed Security of the order! I looked on the computer to "Track Delivery"! Went outside to wait for the delivery! Young Lady pulls up in the driveway; gets out, I asked where she's from she told me? Gave her my name, she gave me my food!

Luttes was terrible! Chilli was great; as well was the Fries!

You allowed someone to make a purchase with a fraudulent credit card (mine) and never verified the purchaser with the card holder. I need this resolved immediately and the $36.48 refunded to me. I dont even live near the city the food was purchased from.
