I contacted you via email on 4/2 regarding fuel points. You responded back to tell me you had received my email. I am still waiting for my account to be updated to 842 fuel points. Please read my previous email for details. I am most upset with the handling of my problem by Vincente Barrier at the Fry's store at 1311 E. Bell, Phoenix, AZ. He was terrible and I don't believe he should be in customer service. No empathy for customers or the situation they approach him to handle. I am are of the effects corona virus is having. I called before I wrote the initial email. I was informed the wait would be around 40 minutes. I wanted 45. I also called yesterday to check the status on my complaint and wanted about 20 minutes. I am very disappointed. Please resolve this problem for me. Thank you. Janet

I placed on line order with Instacart and received delivery on April 28, 2020. Upon checking receipt I discovered 3 items I did not order nor receive. Total of these items on receipt come to $9.25. They are as follows: Csmpbells Soup $1.67, Kroger Honey $4.19 and Franks Red Hot sauce $3.39.

On April 30, I called your customer service and spoke for quite some time working this problem out with a representative. I specifically told him I wanted credit back on my credit card. Not applied against a future order. He told me no problem that would be done. It would take about 10 days to process or so. To date I have not seen this credit on my card.

I live in a Senior Living Center. We are in total lockdown at present. Therefore not able to get up to tore to receive cash back either. Anything you can do to help me get this problem resolved now would be very much appreciated.

You need to update all online info. When I checked last night for opening times it only gives closing time. If you click "hours" it takes you to another page with hours listed at opening at 6 am. The opening hours aren't listed on the main site until the store is closed. This was my first attempt at shopping in person in 2 months and only want to risk it if I can be there at opening. Please fix your hours page for others like me making first attempts at going out.

I regularly purchase club soda it is mixed with tonic water on shelf. I picked up bottle of tonic water by mistake I returned to exchange it for club soda, the woman at customer said we are not accepting returns showed me a sign said not accepting returns, would not talk to me after that, I was not rude regular mode of conversation. I told her Kroger should at least give me a credit for the tonic water I was not going to drink it their is a trash can by customer service counter I threw the bottle in trash and left the store. email me for a response. thank you.

I had my grandson pick up face mask Bar Code: 8953195716 for $4.99 at my local Fred Meyer. Upon opening the package I took notice of a hazard sign WARNING: CANCER AND REPRODUCTIVE HARM. I find that stating on the package (non-medical) does not cut it with me and then to put the topping on the cake they are imported from all places ZHEIJIANG, CHINA. Do y'all realize that we have a coronavirus in this country. I am going make sure that my family, friends and their friends are and facebook are made aware of this product.

Biggest complaint has to do with delivery. Due to virus cannot go to store, so must spend more money to have delivery. On top of delivery charge, which I understand, they want you to tip the picker too. However, the biggest problem comes when the picker ignores the notes on an item and sends a substitute you have told them not to send. I ended up with at least 30 pounds of all purpose flour over several orders, instead of BREAD flour. To use all purpose in a bread machine, you need gluten, which was not ordered or sent. That means I was stuck with flour I could not use, and could not return. Considering the bags were each +- $4.00 apiece, I lose a lot of money. The same thing happened over Ritz Hint of Salt crackers. I could only use that kind, but have ended up with about 10 boxes of the Ritz regular cracker. I have managed to give away some of these things, but still have 3 boxes of crackers and 3 five pound bags of flour. These charges go on a credit card, and it adds up monetarily when you live on a pension, plus the frustration trying to get my message across to people that do not read the notes. There have been a few other issues over the substitutions being what I cannot use, but those two have been the worst. I know it is not easy to read the minds of a purchaser, but the picker needs to use a bit better judgement, and read the notes. Another tine a product was two for the price of one, but I only got one item, not the two. That may have been because I did not realize you had to actually order the two items in order to get the two for one price. But I had so much trouble over other items, was afraid to try two for fear I would be charged for both items. So I did not get the price break, have to order again sooner at the normal price, and more frustration. Still am glad the delivery is available, as do not want to bring home the virus, and going to the store at 7am is not an option.

I have tried to report this problem through the review of the orders several times, tried customer service email too, but no response. Not sure what response I was looking for as am stuck paying money for things unable to use. Maybe more reading of notes. Also when ordering, they ask you to allow or not allow substitutions. If you say no substitutions, that means you may not get an item of any brand. If you say yes, then you get substitutions you do not want or can use. I think either box you take, they then ignore the notes. How do you fill out the form so that some can be substituted and some not, and they read the notes?
