We had a bad experience at MOTEL 6. On 7/25/20,we couldn't stay in a dirty room with a broken AC. It was late. We were tired. It was bad enough we had to leave and drive home. We have pictures. We were lied to by the manager and now NO REFUND as promised. REPORT # 1503491. I am in the hospitality business. At what point does the customer not count? Customer satisfaction and repeat business is the best advertising you can do. Now a month later we still have to bad mouth the company because of no refund and no communication. MOTEL 6, step up to the plate and protect your reputation. I won't stop till I am satisfied. Robert Petro. Prospect Ct. $175.00 versus a repeat customer. Whats more viable?

Hi my name is Marian Agustin and I have been a customer of your motel 6 Downtown san Bernardino CA 92410 for sometime , in fact I was temporarily residing there for several months, and all of a sudden I'm on the DNR list I'm not aware of the reason why there were no explanation infact they were terribly rude I'm shocked cause like I said I've been there for several months I have several reservations with you months at a time I can't go to many other motels cause for they don't except animals and 2 I don't have a vehicle, now the other day I was told it was because of a discount code well that not our fault that the code was given on one of your website and I don't feel like I've done anything wrong especially if I spent thousands of dollars with your motel especially on the weekends when they want to charge us anywhere from 250.00 to $ 350.00 a night 3 nights in a roll . The manager here Henry is so disrespectful it isn't funny , but like I said I pay for my room at all times so when are they gonna take me off list?

My family has been coming to this motel 6 every year at the same time for a family reunion. I guess they changed ownership in Nov 2019. This trip by far has been the worse stay with motel 6 and will be the last. When i arrived i was assigned to room 119 but the beds were dirty and the floor in the room was not clean. I went to the front desk and politely notified the manager of what i found in my room and I was switched to room 128 because i was told by managment that the housekeeping staff leaves at 3... The rest of the night went without incident. Now Sat March 14 went well during the day but the night time was when the problem came. It ua approximately 8 to 10 rooms that we occupied. People were in the parking lot and management received some complaints about noise from some of the rooms that we occupied but i was in my room and it was not me. We were told that curfew was 10pm and that we had to be inside. It was people by the pool that were not told to go inside yet we were. Now i dont know what kind of interaction that happened before i came out but that had nothing to do with me and my kids. When i went to the front desk and asked for more wash clothes the attendant was really nice but then the manager came up with a whole attitude. He was very unprofessional and he boldly stated that he was the new manager. I explained that we have been coming there fot at least 10 years and that they were going to lose long time customers. The way he responded was what i actually had a problem with. He made no effort to make any face to face contact with me because of the previous incident. I also think that qhen when you have a manager you ahould look like a manager. I dont think that it was appropriate that his shirt was unbuttoned down far enough to where i can completely see his chest and I brought this to his attention. I calmly asked was it because of our race and he states that he had an atritude because od the previous interaction. I said sir that has absolutely nothing to do with me right now.i requested corporate number to make a complaint, the hotel number and everything. He complied and i actually thanked him. This was the 1st visit i have every experiences with this franchise and I no longer will patronize a franchise that doea not value its customers. Another thing, confidentiality is important amd he needed to remain professional at all times. I should have never knowm about the previous interaction, the manager told me. Thats unprofessional. I cam say this me nor no one else that was here for the weekend will ever again visit this hotel to stay. He is new and he needs ro remember that the experience that the customer has it what gives you your ratings and reviews. This motel 6 is getting a 1 for not been clean and bad customer service. Plus I am a military veteran and I was told that i did not get a discount. The manager informed me that it needed to be done when you make your reservations, i need to see the policy on that because i cant find it. I will be writing a Yelp review and people actually read these. This score will be a 1 and im going to explain why. Poor management customer service and not being clean. I also will be calling first thing Monday morning.
