On 4/17/2020, the online ordering was down for Chili’s Franklin Indiana. I tried calling for 45+ minutes and could never get through to place an order. Someone would pick the phone up after several rings and hang it back up. Never was able to place an order. Went somewhere else. Trying to support businesses during this pandemic, but the obviously don’t want the business.
