The lady that I had helping me was extremely rude. I was trying to retrieve a package that wasn't delivered to my house and said it was delivered. She literally called me rude because I kept interrupting her. That's rude in itself. I buy from Forever 21 quite often, but after being treated like that I will be taking my business elsewhere. And yes, I still would like the order that I didn't receive.
