To whom it may concern I work in the movie industry and use your 10" sliding compound saws all the time I have 6 of them in the shop. Recently to show their gratitude someone made a purchase of a lessor value of the following item for me-(HITACHI C10FSC 10" SLIDING SAW). I have to let you know within one month the housing broke and cannot get a replacement part for it this tool is junk. When I looked up reviews of this product there are nothing but complaints about it.
Being that this was a gift I do not have any paperwork on it but anything you can do whether it be a gift card or something else you might think of would be greatly appreciated.
