I bought a used Hitachi C12LSH and was disappointed to later discover it was out of alignment and is suspected to have been dropped. After contacting tech support, I was advised to insert a crowbar between the slide-pipes and apply pressure until alignment is achieved.
The advice was followed, but results were not satisfactory, and I would like to try another option.
If the slide-pipes are the issue, then their replacement should correct the issue. I am requesting instructions to accomplish the replacement and will happily order the parts.
