I have a Bosch dishwasher that no longer is repairable due to no parts. The unit failed on July 20th this year. I like Bosch appliance so I wanted to replace my faulty machine with a new bosch 800 modek I do not understand what is happening. I ordered a model SGX68U55UC dishwasher while on sale from Lowes Home Center in Knightdale, NC and paid by credit card. Lowes promised this unit to be delivered on Aug. 10, 2020. Now I find that this unit will not be delivered until mid Sept. or early Oct. Lowes has my money and I have no dishwasher. How can Bosch offer a machine for sale that they do not have available. This is unacceptable to me. Lowes has my money, I have no dishwasher and I have no confidence I will even get one by October. I would like an explanation and some guarantee that I will even get this unit in 2020.
