Poor customer service I recently rented a car from Avis. Got to DFW location at 9:59. Lady said she refused to serve me because they close at 10:00. Never did I read they close at 10:00 for rentals. Very snotty Indian lady. There were 2 of us. Very poor customer service. Reply
