We had been using Roku for 2 months. We were setting up our second Roku & we got this notice on our TV-"Error call 1-888-885-7278" We went back & tried to set it up several times & finally called the # that kept coming up. They said because it was our 2nd Roku, we had to pay $69.00 for 15 years or $99.00 for lifetime. When I question the charge they said that we had been on a guest account and now had to pay. Out right fraud in my opinion.
