Horrible, been without hot water for 14 days and counting! Parts did not arrive today as company stated. Had 2 plumbers here and believed whole unit probably has to be replaced so parts are unlikely to fix issue. Their product is faulty and I am paying the price. This is not acceptable and company needs to address this situation!
