Terrible customer service! I just called to ensure that the service technician shows up at certain time since I wasn't going to be available, and what I got in return was "you are 4 phone calls away for your service" response. The customer service rep (Ethan) just sounded as he wasn't willing to assist in any way. He standard answer just discourage everything. All I wanted was to ensure the technician knew when I was going to be available to meet him/her. Unfortunately, I can't have my cell phone at my work place for security reasons, so now I have to periodically run outside to check my cell phone to make sure I don't miss the call.
