Case number: Remember me talking up Philips-Norelco recently? It was all BULL. All I needed was a battery installed. Brian in customer service told me to mail it via FedEx and even emailed a free label for FedEx. He said everything would be taken care of at no cost. Guess what? Yesterday I got a box from Philips-Norelco with a part from another shaver! That’s it. Of course I called immediately. Marie in customer service says, “we don’t replace batteries here. I don’t know why you were told that by Brian.” They also couldn’t find my razor even though I had the FedEx info showing it was delivered. She said a Support Specialist would be assigned. I ask for the Support Specialist to call. Nothing. The razor I mailed, Spectra, now sells online now for around $400!!! When I bought it about 20 years ago it was $89.

(Update) Just talked to “Toni D. (I called for the 3rd time.). She’s looking into it. But said it’s a 20 year old razor and it’s not under warranty so we won’t replace it unless her manager “Rich” would approve it.
Philips-Norelco find my shaver and mail it back overnight. And, by the way, what are you going to do to make this up to me? My razor was received at the Philips-Norelco office Lockbourne, Ohio location.
