I later called other Bank of America customer service number to make sure no fraudulent activities on my account. It appears that someone uses your BOA phone number to commit a crime. A Chinese fraud group takes advantage of BOA's name to conduct a crime. I hope your company Bank of American do something about it before more customers are ripped off or get hurt. You should even shut down that 1-800-432-1000 phone number to protect your customers and send a warning message to customers to protect all our integrity.
