I have a flight tomorrow and have been trying to cancel and get a refund:
1. Website doesn't work. I've tried over and over again and can't cancel or get refund. Website says it has problems and to try again
2. Telephone 800/221-1212- recording says 6 hr. wait time. I waited 2 hrs. but nobody ever came to the phone.
3. Additional #s called:
404/209-3434 - Nobody answered
800/847-0578 - Refund - Nobody answered
800/323-2323 - Sky Miles - Nobody answered
800/455-2720 - Comments/Complaints - Busy sound then disconnected
4. I filed 2 complaints and got no response:

5. I called Delta vacations and after 45 min. got someone extremely rude who said he couldn't help me. I asked for his manager and he disconnected me.
6. Number on Delta facebook 888/314-6222 turned out to be a scammer. They said they were a travel agent but I looked them up on the internet and found nothing.
