My e ticket number is 006-7582385744, I am trying to get an update on my refund. I have gone to delta.com\refundstatus, but it is not showing me any update or even if my refund is in process. I canceled my flight on 5/22/2020 so it has been longer than 7 days. Is my refund in process?? how much longer do you think it will be?? why is it not showing on your system?? Please reply.
