The 25V from the power supply is there all the time the unit is on. There are 2 lines from the edge connector, ORG & YEL which seem to be control/sense for ADC. If only I had a schematic for the LED board, actual circuit on Power Supply-ADC and drivers. Anyway.....they both seem to be low at all times. Aha! Maybe that is the reason for the failure. It is my estimation that it could be on either board, at this point. I am prepared to purchase whichever board it might be. Please advise.
