I bought from Black & Decker through Amazon Prime a 16v cordless lithium hand vac, CHV1410L. The charger does not work. Blue light on vacuum does not turn blue nor does the blue light flash. When I ordered this item from you, I ordered, in addition, a package of replacement pre-filters, CHV 1410L (9055117-01. The filters are usless to me if I can't charge the vacuum.
