I was trying to place an order with Bath & Bodyworks but when I clicked to pay with paypal account shipping charges were $19.99 rather than original $5.00. When I called Bath & Body works they said that they charge $5.00 that the $19.99 charge was from PayPal. So I cancelled the order. I was unable to reach anyone from PayPal. Why would you change standard shipping? Crazy. Please do not charge my account.
