I ordered some small air pumps from you. I received an e mail from you that you would not charge my account until item had shipped. My account was charged immediately, then the order was canceled without letting me know. My money was never refunded to my account. I called a number of times but could not get through. Waited 42 minutes on one call, and then hung up. When I did get call through was told that that person could not help me, that someone would call within 48 hours. Now it is four days later and no call. Am contacting credit card company to try and get my money back. Will also post on facebook. Thank you.
