I was shown "document" section, but when I tried to copy, (although it showed on the screen originally) it covered up the "detach and return portion" which was the coupon I needed. (and I was on the phone 30 minutes waiting to be lead to "documents" Only good thing this miserable afternoon was the girl who finally answered the phone.
