I got 'connected' to a very foreign speaking rep, who asked me if I was in the U.S. as "it sounded like I was in the U.S." then tried to run me around with "options" for renewing my Lenovo warranty, and have someone visit my house to do it. Are you serious? Um, nothing anywhere mentioned about the local Geek Squad. For real. My IdeaPad is 2nd rate garbage that I bought during the 2020 shutdown. And has never worked. Finally had to contact the BBB to bring SOME conclusion to this nightmare. DO NOT BUY LENOVO.
