I sent money to this guy in turkey, his name is Elvan Dagdelen has a clothing shop. we spoke via. whatsapp and I placed an order with him. I sent him money and he withdrew the money on the very same day but ever since then he never responded to my whatsapp messages until today. I'm still waiting for my goods from him and its hard to communicate with him because je does not respond to my messages he just ignores me. I would appreciate if he can be blocked from western union because he is a scammer.
