I went to the store I use in Queretaro , Mexico to send money to my wife's family and the woman at the counter denied to send money even with my valid passport !! I have never had this problem in 20 years with WU !! What the heck is going on ????I am still unable to send money to my wife Gloria Maria Monsalve Palacio also....... I have not used WU since early November I believe.
