Don't like the drama of flying, but you guys that are on line and text took a lot of that drama away....
we had connecting flights which were well synchronized, which is important for me as a "leery" traveler. We had a flight in a smaller aircraft that was manned by a single flight attendant named James, who in the small plane was friendly, attentive, informative and generous...also inadvertently he helped us in the terminal as we were going the wrong way to connect our flight...by the way, we got into a much grander plane for the jaunt to Burbank, and were two of about a dozen passengers TOTAL on that flight...our leg home...Thanks all ground air and customer service people.
