The reason I turned off Auto Renew on Norton is every since you merged with Life-Lock you've be come (in my opinion) you've become a 2nd rate Security Protection Company. With your prior release, I trusted Norton's Secure VPN because it automatically initiated initiated it self every time you started your computer. Not so any more. If you do anything (hard/soft restart, or sometimes just my itself). You have to go to Norton to turn it on. USELESS UPGRADE AND DANGEROUS RELEASE. Unless this changes, when it's time to Renew, I WON'T. There's more and more approved by Microsoft (and CNET) just as good and quite a few more that's better Security Protection Software out there (in the real world). Just a fair warning, how much business can you afford to loose?

NOT A VERY SATISFIED client.
