I had purchased 2 tickets 2ways .. and today as well like the way to Orlando from Milwaukee it’s a total chaos NO one even say anything about the delay of 3 hrs .. they ( the person on the gate ) don’t even look at me or talk to me she looked the other way and completely ignored me when I ask what was going on.... it’s a horrible experience while WE ALL spend our hard working money on this aeroline while they just play with out time and money and don’t wanna even explain!!! It’s just terrible service I wish I never booked with you guys!!!!
