Tried to call thru the 800#. Frustrating. The tech @ Office Depot on Blanding Blvd. Jacksonville, FL gave me false info on the benefits of the virus software. When I had a problem w/ the software, I called him & he continued to give me incorrect info to get my situation resolved.
I do not know where else to call to get the software off my computer & from my Office Depot credit card.
