I place an order for a hand gun at the Fort Hood exchange over 60 days ago and to date have had no update as to the status of this order. I have periodically checked with the sales personnel and they indicate that the order is still active but they have no idea when the order will arrive. Is it possible that you can provide any updated status on this order and when it may arrive?
