I cannot seem to get my YES @ REWARDS ( I spent a lot of money at Kohls last year). I called yesterday and the lady either misunderstood me or I did her. I have not gotten any rewards in probably over a year. After explaining this to her she sent me by e-mail 2 kohls cash . But they were the same pin number that I got Saturday when I shopped so that didn't help. I don't think I could use both. Can you help? I love shopping at Kohls but I would like to get ALL the benefits. Thank You!
