I've been trying to get information on order 6027436582. The order was placed on 4/12. I have been trying everyday for the last week to get a status on this order. I have tried tracking it through UPS without any satisfaction. I have waited for hours on customer service line and no one has ever picked up. Can anyone help me with this?
