For the third time last evening, I was unable to watch a movie I paid for. I restarted 3 times, and finally called Suddenlink. I could only get automated help, and it was the same old thing--reboot, send a signal, unplug and plug in everything. The tv came back on, but I could get the movie to work. The automated system only asked if the tv came back on, not the movie. When I touched the number indicating the tv was back on, the call ended. The rep I spoke to today said there was no record of me reporting the problem, which is what they have told me before. She said since I didn't speak to a live person, she could not refund my money-$5.99. I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE OPTION TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON. She was short and impertinent!! I am very disappointed in the customer service I have been receiving, as I also constantly have problems with my internet being unavailable. I have had multiple techs calling themselves fixing the problem over the last 8 months. I think its ridiculous that I would have to pay to get technical help and they don't give you a choice except to pay or delete the page.
