Purchased a new 1 Year plan Anywhere Complete and when activated Key only credited 316 days --- told that it ran from the day of purchase not activation.... Extremely poor as not told this prior to purchase.
How can a business defend selling a 1 year service but then give only 316 days service and claim that's fair. its not fair or decent business practice.
