My one-half inch ratchet wrench will not lock in place and slips when tighten or loosening bolts. I originally bought this at Sears 20+ years ago and it has a lifetime replacement warranty. The model number on the handle is V-44985. I live in Wilmington, NC and there is a Lowes Home Improvement center that sells Craftsman tool. Can I get a replacement there, or is there another place/way to get my ratchet wrench replaced?
