My Fitbit Blaze is not working, battery problem, where can i get service and repair in Malaysia?

I thought it was my shower gel, but I've stopped using it for about 2 months now and the area of my skin that comes in contact with the watch has become more irritated and inflamed. My doctor stated it was contact dermatitis. Do you have some type of cover/seal/skin or something that can reduce the inflammation from the contact with your current materials?

On my Versa 3 the Health Metrics does not show any stats on the breathing, heart rate and skin temperature. I was advised to go to factory reset to correct the problem. It did not. “No recent data” is shown on all 3 out of 4 (Resting heart rate). It appeared that they were frustrated and no patience.

I have owned a Fitbit charge 2 for 3 1/2 years and I am totally attached to it. A couple of days ago my Fitbit just quit on me. I’m lost without it. it won’t charge. it’s just dead. I tried everything recommended to get it going but now I just want a Fitbit versa 2 but was hoping I could get some kind of discount on a new purchase in Canada. How can you help. Anything please.
